Jetdryers is partnered with Australia Post, Fastway Couriers and StarTrack Couriers to deliver all of our customers purchases. Unless a Post Office Box or Express Delivery Service has been requested, it is up to the discretion of the Jetdryers logistical team to identify which provider will be allocated to deliver your purchases. Australia Post, Fastway Couriers and StarTrack Couriers all require a signature upon delivery. Please ensure that there will be a person on the premises during business hours to sign for your items. If there is no person present to sign for the delivery, a card will be left and all items will be taken to the nearest Post Office or Depot. The items will be held at the Post Office or Depot for 7 days and if not picked up will be returned to the Sender and re-delivery fee's will apply. To avoid this you can request an Authority to leave in the Special Instructions ie: leave if nobody home. In accordance to the request of an Authority to leave, Jetdryers is not liable for any items that are damaged, lost or stolen once delivery has been made to your chosen premises.
Please Note: Australia Post does NOT deliver to areas deemed as Construction area/ zones. If you have a shipping address that is deemed a construction area/ zone and it has not been identified in the Special Instructions, the items will be automatically returned to sender and re-delivery fee's will apply.

We offer free delivery for orders over $179 Australia Wide, Excluding Bulky Items Such as Paper Towels & Sanitary Bins Shipped to WA, NT & QLD.
Estimated time of delivery 2-5 working days to major centres and longer for regional and remote areas.
Express Post for next working day delivery to most areas within Express Post network, the cost is based on delivery location, cut off time 1:00PM for next day delivery.
Same day delivery for Melbourne Metro ONLY, cut off time Strictly 1:00PM, any order received after 1:00pm will be delivered the following business day.
As of the 28 of April 2020, we introduced the option of transport insurance, for any customer who choose this option will be covered for any damage of goods during transport or a significant delay in delivery of goods, and we will provide replacement at no cost. While clients who don't select the insurance option, ozwashroom will make a claim to the transport company for any damages or loss of goods while in transit on behalf of the client and have to wait for the outcome.
